What are the positions available that InnoMill fills?

What is the salary range offered?

InnoMill offers competitive salaries for its employees. Salaries are based on a candidate's skill sets and experience. We also have a variable pay system to motivate/reward those who achieve excellence in their work and vice versa.

How will I know my résumé has been received?

Once we do receive your résumé with a clear indication of the position you are interested in applying for, you will be notified. It will then be processed and should your skills fit with a specific position, you will be contacted for a personal interview.

How long does it normally take to make a hiring decision?

The length of time varies, but generally count on at least two weeks.

How do I know if there is an opening for a position I want to apply for?

We post job openings on our website, if the specific position you are seeking is not posted then there are no current openings.

Can I submit a résumé for a position that is not currently available?.

A résumé can be sent for positions not currently posted. Your résumé will be processed accordingly and qualified candidates will be notified if an opening arises.

What is the best means to send my résumé and what should I include?

If you have an online résumé, then you can send us the URL to careers@innomill.com including a brief paragraph about yourself and the position you wish to apply for. Applicants for designers, developers and artists must submit a cover letter, résumé and portfolio of their work. Yet please do not attach any word documents to emails as any attachments are not opened and as such your résumé will not be received.

If our Mission Statement did motivate you, then you just might enjoy working here. It is important to note, however, that contributing/changing the world is not easy, and taking the moral "high ground" is not always the most financially rewarding path.
